1. Do you have physical pet shop?

Currently we only have online pet shop. Our office is located at Skudai, Johor, Malaysia.

2. Will the color or engraved wording of the pet id tag fade off?

We are using high quality pet id tags imported from USA and latest engraving technology (impact printing). The engraved wording will not fade off easily unless using sharp object (eg. scissors,blade) to scratch it intentionally.

3. Will the pet id tag get rusty?

The material of the tag are Aluminium (color tags) and 304 Stainless Steel grade. It is gurantee 100% will not get rusty.

4. Do you ship pet food international?

Currently we only ship pet food within Malaysia & Singapore

5. What is the shipping cost in Malaysia?

The expected delivery time is 2-3 business days within Malaysia. For each pet id tag, the weight is only 20g (0.020kg).

6. I am fromSingapore, do you ship to Singapore?

Yes, we do send to Singapore via Singpost (Singapore Local Mail). We will send out Singapore order on every Friday.

The expected delivery time is within 7 business day.

7. I am from the country outside of Malaysia &Singapore (eg. UnitedStates, Canada, Australia, UK...), do you ship to international?

Yes, we do send to Internationally via Malaysia Posdaftar. The expected delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

The postage fee is USD$2. We do not ship pet food at this moment.

8. How can I make payment?

Option 1: Online transfer/ bank in to our bank account

Option 2: iPay88 (Visa & Master Credit Card, Online Banking E-Debit, Mobile Money, PayPal, MEPS Cash, Web Cash)

Option 3: Paypal (Login your paypal account to make payment, if you do not have paypal account, choose " Pay with my credit or debit card")
Please choose this payment method if you are outside of Malaysia (eg Singapore, United States, Canada, Australia, UK.....)

9. Can I get discount if I order more pet id tags?

Yes. For the order more than 10 pcs pet id tags, we consider as bulk order.

10. I have a coupon code, how can I use it?

After select the item you wish to buy,

a) click " Add to Cart"

b) click " checkout" at the right top corner

c) key in the coupon code, then click the "tick" to apply

11. My pets like to chew everything and bite anything, which pet id tag will suitable for it?

You can choose the most durable 304 Stainless Steel Pet Tag for your pets

12. Is available for Chinese wording engraved?

Yes, of course. We can personalized Chinese, English even Japanese word engraved. We do fully customized pet id tag for your beloved pets.
